Available to all residential customers in private single family dwellings or individually metered apartments, town houses, or mobile homes for all single-phase domestic use designated rural distribution line and located outside Westbrook's city limits. Individual single-phase motors shall not exceed 5 hp or 5 KW in size.

Character of Service: Residential customers shall receive single-phase alternating current at 60 hertz through one meter at the utility's standard voltage.

Available to any non-residential single- and three-phase customers whose monthly peak demand through anyone meter has not exceeded 30 KW in ten months during a 12-month period. Shall include multi-dwelling housing units that have a master meter.

Character of Service: Commercial single- or three-phase customers shall receive alternating current at 60 hertz through one meter at the utility's standard voltage.

Available to any non-residential single- or three-phase customer whose monthly peak demand through anyone meter has exceeded 30 KW in three months during a 12-month period. Customer shall remain on this rate for a minimum of twelve months.

Billing Demand: The billing demand shall be the maximum integrated 30-minute kilowatt load occurring during the billing period. The demand to be billed shall be the demand for the month but not less than 50% of the highest demand during the preceding 11 months.

Character of Service: Service shall be three-phase at the standard secondary voltages in use by the electric department.
