2021 APPLIANCE AND ELECTRONIC RECYCLING

Appliance and Electronic Recycling will be held on May 10th.  You must be signed up and paid by May 7th at 4:00.  No items will be picked up without a sticker!   All appliances $10.00 – refrigerators, washers, dryers, freezers, dehumidifiers, air conditioners, microwaves, dishwashers, water softeners, and stoves $5.00 small and $7.50 100 Hot Water Heaters Free – furnaces, humidifiers, eden pure heaters, sump pumps Electronics – Computer Monitors $12, Small TV up to 14″ $10. Medium TV up to 19″ $15. Large TV up to 27″ $20, Large TV up to 32″ and up $25, and Wood Console TV $25 Free – VCR, DVD players, stereos, radios, printers, copiers, toasters, computer towers, car batteries, scrap metal and car bodies

2021 CITY-WIDE PICKUP

The city will hold City-Wide Pickup on May 10th!  Please call City Hall at 274-5110 to sign up.  All pickup fees must be paid in full by Friday, May 7th at 4:00.  The charge is $15.00 per household and an additional $10.00 will be added for couches, chairs, sinks, tubs, etc.  There will be NO mattress or box spring pickup this year.  You may bring mattresses and box springs to the Cottonwood County landfill at any time at your own leisure. NO shingles, tires or any materials that are hazardous.  We will take concrete and iron, however put those items in separate piles as these will stay with the city.

2021 Branch Pickup

April 7, 2021

Branch pickup will be held on May 3rd     No branches longer than (6) feet; Branches longer than six feet will be left.  Branches should be parallel to the curb. PLEASE NOTE:  Persons doing extensive branch or shrub trimming can request to have a city truck parked by their property and load the branches into the truck; the city will then haul the branches to the site.  For request, call the City Clerk at 274-5110.  For Friday delivery, you must call before 9:00 a.m. to get a truck delivered and they will pick the truck up Monday morning. The City of Westbrook can not pick up bagged leaves or other compost material on branch pick up days.  Stop at the city office for the dump key.  

BRANCHES, LEAVES and GRASS ARE NOT GARBAGE!
