May 18th, 2026 – Branch Pickup Day!

Branch pickup will be held on May 18th. All branches must be no longer than 6ft in length and must be set parallell to the curb line. ** New this year ** if you have smaller branches/twigs please place them in a cardboard box or container of sort. This will make for a nice clean pickup and leaves less of a mess behind. As always – No leaves will be picked up, however you can deposit them out to the city brush site any time as always. No garbage bags should be left behind! Thank you!

May 8th, 2026 – Spring Clean Up Day!

Stop in to City Hall and grab a brochure of information with new guidelines this year! Anything garbage related that can be put in the trash weekly will not be picked up as this can go with the regular garbage. If it does not fit in your cart, you can always call Schaap Sanitation and tell them you have extra bags. This can be done any time of the year. Also new this year, we will NOT be taking any recyclable materials. All recycle items such as: cardboard, plastic, paper, etc. can be brought to the county recycle shed right here in town any time of the year. New is 2026 is tire pickup! See brochure for pricing.
